Expleo is supporting a leading organisation within the global motorsport sector in recruiting a Senior Account Manager - Partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-profile partnership activations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of managing key commercial partnerships, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and measurement of activation programmes across marketing, PR, communications, and events.
This position offers the chance to work at the cutting edge of motorsport, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional partner experiences both trackside and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of partnership activation programmes across marketing, communications, PR, experiential, and hospitality activities
Develop and implement integrated partner marketing campaigns
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular meetings, planning sessions, and senior stakeholder engagement
Facilitate workshops and lead strategic review meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with PR and communications teams to support media programmes and content development
Manage partner brand approvals processes and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
Deliver high-quality partner events and hospitality programmes both at race venues and off-site
Track and manage contractual rights and ensure all deliverables are fulfilled
Oversee budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting related to partnership activities
Measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness, producing insightful reports for partners
Support activation activities including vehicle display, appearances, and asset coordination
Key Skills & Experience
Proven excellent experience in sports/motorsport sponsorship industry
Excellent communication skills - both spoken and written
Experience of successful stakeholder management
Experience of financial planning, budget management
Experience of successful strategic partnership campaign development
Strong ability to prioritise a pressured workload to meet tight deadlines
Proactive, responsive and flexible approach, with the ability to operate outside sphere of prescribed role if required
Commercially astute - used to working in a global motorsport and sport business environment
Highly developed negotiation skills
Experience in communications, PR, social media and/or events and hospitality delivery
PC Skills & Web-based knowledge
Ability to drive in the UK
