Project Manager – RC Frame & Groundworks Location: Ilford, East London Project: RC Frame & Groundworks Client: Developer Employment Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a developer on an RC Frame and Groundworks project in Ilford, East London. The successful candidate will have strong experience managing RC Frame and Groundworks projects and will be confident coordinating multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day delivery of RC Frame and Groundworks packages. * Coordinate and manage designers, subcontractors, consultants and the client. * Liaise effectively with the local council and relevant authorities. * Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, programme and regulations. * Monitor project progress, quality, health & safety and programme. * Coordinate design information and resolve technical issues efficiently. * Maintain clear and professional communication with all project stakeholders. * Ensure works comply with relevant council requirements and regulations. * Identify and manage risks, delays and project issues. Requirements * Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction. * Strong background in RC Frame and Groundworks. * Experience managing designers and subcontractors. * Experience working directly with developers/clients. * Previous experience liaising with local councils and regulatory authorities. * Good understanding of construction regulations, compliance and project delivery. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues effectively.
