About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Support Assistant to provide confidential, high-quality administrative and executive support to senior leaders within the academy.
This is a fast-paced and varied role where you will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager and Senior Leadership Team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of academy operations. The successful candidate will be proactive, professional, and able to manage competing priorities while building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to senior leaders.
Manage complex diaries, appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, briefing papers, and meeting minutes.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as a key point of contact for staff, parents, governors, and external partners.
Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
Maintain accurate records and data, producing reports as required.
Support recruitment, HR, and wider administrative processes across the academy.
Assist with academy communications, website updates, and promotional activities when required.
Supervise, support, and develop administrative colleagues where appropriate.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and administrative services.
Support senior leaders with project work, research, and organisational priorities.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a senior administration, executive support, PA, or office management role.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience producing high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
The ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
A professional, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
