Air Conditioning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team covering Surrey and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality installation, servicing, and maintenance work across commercial and residential properties. The Role As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for: * Installation of air conditioning systems * Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) * Fault finding and repairs * Servicing split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems * Providing excellent customer service on-site * Completing job reports and paperwork accurately Requirements We are looking for candidates who have: * Previous experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance * F-Gas certification * Full UK driving licence * Strong fault-finding skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good communication and customer service skills Desirable but not essential: * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning * Experience with leading manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, and Fujitsu What We Offer * Competitive salary based on experience * Overtime opportunities * Company van and fuel card * Uniform and tools provided * Ongoing training and development * Pension scheme * Friendly and supportive working environment Location This role is based in Surrey with travel to customer sites across the surrounding areas.
