Were partnered with a successful and expanding financial services organization that is continuing to invest heavily in its technology function. As the business grows, theyre now looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead their internal IT operations, oversee key technology projects, and help shape the future direction of the IT department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on technical leadership with strategic responsibility . You'll lead a team of 5 IT professionals while ensuring the business's infrastructure, systems, and support services continue to operate efficiently and securely.

Required Skills:
Experience managing and developing an IT team of approximately 2-5 staff
Strong background overseeing day-to-day IT operations
Experience delivering and managing IT projects from planning through to completion
Good understanding of Microsoft technologies, infrastructure, networking, and IT service delivery
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership
Experience working within a financial services environment is advantageous
ERP Software experience is beneficial but not essential
