They build a wide range of properties from one and two bedroom apartments to five bedroom detached houses.They are a developer that do more than just build homes; they provide millions of pounds of infrastructure such as roads, sewers, landscaping and community facilities; they develop vibrant communities that fit into their surrounding areas and meet the needs of local people.The Technical Co-ordinator will be working on a number of projects, composing and completing technical information and providing support to enable regional objectives and targets to be achieved. Responsibilities will include preparation of site viability studies, resolution of technical issues identified as part of the planning application, commission surveys and reports, instructing, supervising and monitoring consultants on post-acquisition work ensuring compliance with building regulations and NHBC standards and ensuring all solutions are the most cost effective and practical.Criteria: Experience of coordinating, managing and providing technical guidance and support to residential developmentsBe able to lead a team and manage meetings to the benefit of the regionIdeally C.I.A.T QualifiedDegree Qualified / HNC / ONCAutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, Power PointDesign and engineering construction knowledgeTechnical and Building Construction knowledgeBuilding Regulations knowledgeA good understanding NHBC legislationStrong on Health & Safety / CDM RegulationsGood understanding of Planning legislationIf you are a Technical Co-ordinator and you are interested in this role, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob Apps on
