C#.Net Software Developer

Software Developer (C# / .NET) Location: Crewe or Chester (2 days per week onsite) This is a chance to join a growing software team developing systems that sit at the heart of complex, real-world operations. The systems you help build won’t be abstract or theoretical; they will directly support how organisations plan, manufacture and deliver products at scale. The focus is on clarity, reliability and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in developing and enhancing core applications, contributing to solutions that need to perform consistently under pressure and adapt as requirements evolve. Core experience required: Commercial experience using C# and the .NET framework (ideally .NET Core). Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly SQL Server. Experience working with or understanding of APIs and service-based design. A thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to development. Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Helpful but not essential: Exposure to Azure or an interest in cloud technologies. Some experience with frontend or web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript or similar). Awareness of CI/CD practices or containerisation tools. This is not a role built around hype or short-term delivery.
