Production Operative — Manufacturing Location: South Lanarkshire Full-time | Permanent We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join a production team, manufacturing high-quality windows for the construction industry. THE ROLE

Working as part of the production team, you will: Assist in the manufacture and assembly of uPVC/aluminium windows to a high standard. Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following training. Work through production schedules to meet daily and weekly targets. Check components and finished products for quality, flagging any issues. Work closely with colleagues across the production line to keep work flowing smoothly. Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area in line with health and safety standards. Follow instructions from supervisors and production leads accurately. ABOUT YOU

You don't need years of experience — just the right attitude. You'll ideally bring: Previous experience in a factory, production or manufacturing environment (window/glazing industry experience is a bonus, not essential). A strong work ethic and reliable attendance record. The ability to work well as part of a team. Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Willingness to learn new skills and follow safe working practices. Physical fitness for standing, lifting and manual handling throughout shifts. A positive, can-do attitude. THE PERSON
