Legal Counsel - Corporate and M&A

S&H have been exclusively instructed by a top tier fintech who are seeking a Corporate lawyer to join their excellent team in London.

The role will focus on Corporate activities including occasional M&A.

Key responsibilities

• Wide variety of Corporate work including potential acquisitions, disposals, integrations and governance.
• Working closely with the GC and senior management.
• Potential to take on some broader work.
• Potential work on fundraising in future.

Experience requirements

• 2-4 years' PQE (this is a guide only)
• Must have Corporate experience gained at a top law firm.
• Keen to develop an in-house career at an exciting company.
