THE ROLE
We are looking for a Full-Time Cafe Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will lead the daily operation of the café, creating an environment where premium beverages, exceptional food, music, and genuine hospitality come together seamlessly. You will ensure every guest experiences the energy and lifestyle of the Moonrays brand from the moment they arrive.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will oversee service quality, operational performance, team development, and guest satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards across every aspect of the café. You will inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences through consistency, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence.
You will also play an active role in driving commercial performance, supporting sales initiatives, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring the café consistently reflects the identity and standards of the Moonrays brand.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Proven leadership experience in premium cafés, lifestyle venues, restaurants, beach clubs, or luxury food and beverage concepts.
A genuine passion for premium beverage culture, contemporary dining, and creating elevated guest experiences.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
A commercial mindset with experience in driving sales, managing operational performance, and achieving business objectives.
A strong understanding of café operations, beverage service, food quality, inventory management, and cost control.
Exceptional guest engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships.
A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
A strong eye for detail, ensuring consistency across service, presentation, atmosphere, and guest experience.
Professional presence, positive energy, and the ability to represent the Moonrays brand with confidence, authenticity, and style.
