The role: You must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in residential lettings.

It is essential that you can demonstrate your ability to build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and work effectively within a team to achieve and exceed targets.

Responsibilities: Registering enquiries and arranging appointments Accompanying applicants on viewings and generating a targeted number per week Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from applicants and landlords Negotiating lettings and following up enquiries through to agreement Managing tenancy progression and ensuring a smooth process for all parties Pitching company services strongly and ethically to generate new and repeat business Developing relationships with clients through meetings to secure future instructions What's on offer: £30,000 Basic £80,000 OTE Career progression within an expanding and successful team If youre interested in this Sales Negotiator position and you possess the required skill set, then apply now.
