Position: Maintenance Operative
Location: 1 Ebury Square - No.1 Ebury Square , Management Suite, London, SW1W 9AH
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off
Salary: £28,410 per annum
Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:
This role will be based at a residential development located in Belgravia. The development contains 71 residential apartments, benefiting from a car park and leisure suite. It is also located close to Victoria and Sloane Square Underground Station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Maintenance Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:
- Carrying out general maintenance and handyman tasks across the site
- Applying basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repairs to resolve issues
- Using strong problem-solving skills to identify and fix faults efficiently
- Driving as required as part of your duties (full UK driving licence essential)
- Passionate about creating a clean, positive, and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team this will be done through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting.
- Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others. xwzovoh
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
