Van Mobile Engineer London & Home Counties | Up to £45,000 + Company Van + Package Alice Rose is currently recruiting for a Van Mobile Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, covering a mixed portfolio of commercial and high-end residential properties across London and the Home Counties. This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer looking to join a well-established organisation with a strong reputation within the facilities management sector. The successful candidate will carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a variety of electrical, mechanical, and building services systems while benefiting from ongoing training, overtime opportunities, and clear career progression. Working Hours * Monday to Friday * 08:00 – 17:00 * 1 in 12 Call-Out Rota Key Responsibilities * Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial and residential properties * Electrical maintenance including lighting, fault finding, ballast changes, emergency lighting, and control panels * Monitor and operate BMS systems * Maintenance of pumps, motors, AHUs, and FCUs * Carry out minor plumbing repairs and general building fabric works * Diagnose and rectify faults across building services systems * Complete service reports, logbooks, and compliance documentation * Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors * Liaise directly with clients and site teams * Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures Salary & Benefits * Salary up to £45,000 * Company Van with private use * 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays * Company Pension Scheme * Overtime Available * Further Training & Development * Excellent Career Progression Opportunities Requirements * Electrically or Mechanically Qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 advantageous) * 18th Edition advantageous * Proven experience within commercial building maintenance * Multi-skilled across electrical and mechanical building services * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability * Client-facing with excellent communication skills * Full UK Driving Licence * Able to provide copies of trade qualifications This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mobile Engineer seeking a varied role across a diverse property portfolio with a company that genuinely invests in its engineers and offers long-term career progression
