About you: Previous experience within a catering management or supervisory position with strong team leadership abilities Committed to providing excellent customer service standards Strong attention to detail with knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures Motivated, organised, and capable of working using own initiative Good communication skills with competent IT literacy Positive, adaptable, and hands-on approach to work What you'll do: Manage and motivate the catering team to provide quality food and outstanding customer service Ensure full compliance with food hygiene legislation and HACCP requirements Coordinate day-to-day catering operations including opening and closing of service areas Handle administrative duties including stock management, cash handling, and till reconciliation Maintain high standards of cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and health & safety compliance Work closely with colleagues to ensure services are delivered efficiently and on schedule For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential discussion today. xwzovoh
