Senior Private Client Lawyer

We are working with a top-tier London law firm who are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join their Private Client team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Private Client & Tax team advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trustees, entrepreneurs, financial institutions and private businesses on complex wealth planning and tax matters. The role involves advising on succession planning, wills, trusts, family investment companies, partnerships and other wealth preservation structures, as well as providing strategic inheritance tax and personal tax advice for UK and international clients.

The position also includes advising on cross-border succession and tax planning, trust administration and restructuring, tax residency and domicile matters, and issues relating to mental capacity and lasting powers of attorney.

Essential Criteria:

• 4+ years’ PQE;
• Strong private client background;
• Excellent academics;
• Strong team player;
• Commercial awareness;
• Enthusiastic;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Technically excellent.
