The Role Full-Time; 8pm-8am (induction on day shifts, 2-3 weeks) 3 on, 3 of fixed rota pattern Leading and supervising your shift Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered Administering and recording medication Carrying out risk assessments Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring residents remain as active and independent as possible Working closely with the leadership team to develop services Provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times Some of our benefits by joining the Care UK family: Wagestream
