Machine Operative - Manufacturing/Packaging Marden, Kent Monday to Friday 7am-5pm with an hour for lunch £34,281 per annum A growing and innovative manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Machine Operative to join its production team. If you’re hands-on, mechanically minded and enjoy keeping machinery running smoothly, this could be a great next step. The Role Set up and operate machinery Monitor line performance and production output Carry out routine maintenance and machine adjustments Troubleshoot issues and minimise downtime Complete quality checks and production records About You We’re looking for someone with recent hands-on experience operating semi-automated machinery, ideally within manufacturing or production.
