You’ll lead by example — coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that improves everyday outcomes for the people we support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible in services and wants to make a real difference. You’ll have: Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs A good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice Strong communication skills and a values‑led approach
