Hospitality Manager – Monday to Friday

Stevenage, Hertfordshire | Up to £35,000 per annum

40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Approximately 7:00am–3:30pm

ETAB-Recruits is recruiting an experienced Hospitality Manager to join a leading contract catering provider at a prestigious corporate site in Stevenage.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and organised hospitality professional looking for a rewarding management position with excellent work-life balance.

You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, conference and events services, leading a large team and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day hospitality operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistently high service standards.

Lead, motivate and develop the hospitality team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, appraisals and performance management.

*

Oversee corporate hospitality, meetings, conferences and events.

*

Manage budgets, gross profit targets, stock control and operational costs.

*

Build strong client relationships and deliver a professional, customer-focused service.

*

Introduce fresh ideas and continually improve the hospitality offering.

*

Work closely with the culinary team on menu planning and tasting sessions.

*

Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen management, HACCP and health and safety requirements.

About You

*

A minimum of two years' experience in a similar hospitality management role.

*

Experience within contract catering, corporate hospitality, conferencing or events.

*

Proven ability to lead and develop a team.

*

Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.

*

Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

*

Previous multi-site experience.

*

Full driving licence essential.

*

Willingness and ability to undergo the client's required security vetting process.
