Location: Poole, Dorset
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am – 12pm
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

The Role – Specialist Insurance Consultant
Working within the Personal Lines Insurance team, you will be the voice of the company, providing supportive and clear assistance to a large client base. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement - Handling approximately 40 inbound calls per day, building rapport and understanding specific client requirements.
* Problem Solving - Crafting tailor-made solutions for clients rather than using a "one size fits all" approach.
* Policy Management - Making adjustments to policies, updating records, and issuing essential insurance documents.
* Financial Support - Taking payments, assisting with claims queries, and contacting customers regarding payment defaults.
* Team Collaboration - Supporting the wider home/motor team with essential administration and high-level customer service.
About You
You don’t need a background in insurance to be successful here. Our client is looking for ambition and personality.
