What You Will Do:
- Oversee the engineering delivery of programmes and projects of varying sizes, ensuring they meet budget and schedule requirements.
- Support programme management by planning and scheduling, identifying resource needs, and proposing optimisation strategies.
- Manage engineering budgets, forecast costs, and implement solutions to address overspend or schedule delays.
- Coordinate engineering resources, provide day-to-day tasking, and ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering artefacts.
- Actively manage technical risks and their mitigation to minimise impact on programme success.
- Represent the company with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

- Proven experience in systems engineering and project management within demanding environments.
