Role Overview
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting multiple Kitchen & Bathroom Site Managers to deliver planned refurbishment works within social housing properties across South London, Croydon, and Guildford.
Each role will be site-based, with responsibility for managing kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes from start to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Site Management & Delivery
Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a designated site
Oversee kitchen and bathroom replacement works in line with programme requirements
Manage subcontractors, trades, and direct labour on site
Ensure works are delivered to specification and within agreed timelinesHealth & Safety
Enforce strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure RAMS are followed
Maintain a safe working environment, particularly within occupied homesQuality Control
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high standards of workmanship
Manage snagging and ensure timely completion of defects
Ensure compliance with client and contract specificationsCustomer & Client Liaison
Act as the primary point of contact for residents on site
Manage resident expectations and minimise disruption during works
Handle queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Liaise with client representatives and contract managersProgramme & Resource Management
Manage site programme and ensure key milestones are achieved
Coordinate labour, materials, and deliveries effectively
Identify and resolve any delays or issues impacting progressDocumentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries
Complete progress reports and required compliance documentation
Ensure all handover documentation is completed correctly
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing refurbishment
Strong experience delivering kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes
Experience working in tenant-occupied properties
SMSTS
CSCS Card (Black or Gold)
First Aid at Work
Full UK driving licence
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and site management skills
Excellent communication and customer-facing ability
Ability to manage programmes and deliver to deadlines
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proactive problem-solving approachExperience in occupied social housing environments is essential
