Our client, a long-established and growing engineering business, is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team based in Coleshill, Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive company in a varied and essential role at the heart of operations.
This is a fully office-based position where you’ll play a vital role in coordinating operations, supporting engineers, and ensuring seamless day-to-day processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Support quoting, planning, and scheduling of works
* Liaise with customers and suppliers via phone and email
* Provide administrative and operational support to the wider team
* Coordinate job schedules and ensure accurate documentation
* Maintain internal systems and support general office operations
What Our Client Is Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative or operations role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confident using computer systems (email, scheduling, quoting tools)
* A proactive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn
