We’re recruiting an IT Site Services Specialist to join a busy, fast-paced manufacturing operation in Anwick, Lincolnshire. This is a highly visible, hands-on site-based role supporting critical production and operational technology across a large-scale manufacturing facility. If you enjoy solving problems, working closely with operational teams and being the go-to IT expert on site — this is an excellent long-term opportunity within a stable and growing European manufacturing business. The Role As the on-site IT Site Services Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining IT service availability across the manufacturing site, supporting both office and production-based technology. This is not a remote helpdesk role — you’ll be embedded within site operations, working directly with engineering teams, operational leadership and end users to ensure systems remain reliable, responsive and operational. Key Responsibilities * Delivering 2nd Line IT Support across manufacturing and production environments * Supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printing hardware * Managing incidents, service requests and problem records in line with ITIL processes * Supporting VOIP telephony, AV equipment and network troubleshooting * Carrying out proactive maintenance, upgrades and patching * Acting as the primary on-site IT support contact for the facility What We’re Looking For We’re keen to speak with candidates currently working as an IT Support Engineer, 2nd Line Support Engineer, IT Technician, Site IT Engineer or Manufacturing IT Support Engineer.
