Day-to-day of the role: Design mechanical and public health services for high-rise residential and mixed-use developments. Prepare detailed layouts, schematics, calculations, and specifications. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants. Produce deliverables for planning, tender, and construction stages. Participate in design meetings and respond to site queries. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and industry best practices. Support senior engineers and contribute to project delivery from concept to completion.Required Skills & Qualifications: Junior to intermediate experience in mechanical and/or public health building services. Strong technical ability, attention to detail, and coordination skills. Effective communication and team-working skills. Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
