Labourer (CSCS)

Active Force Recruitment is looking for reliable, hardworking Labourers to join our team on ongoing projects. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking full‑time or part‑time labouring work with consistent hours and supportive site teams. You will typically work 8–10 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with weekend overtime available. As a Labourer, you will support a range of site activities including general labouring and assisting trades, Training can be provided for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities * Carry out general labouring duties on construction sites * Assist tradespeople as required * Maintain a clean and safe working environment * Follow all site health & safety procedures * Move, lift, and handle materials safely Requirements * Valid CSCS Card * Previous labouring experience preferred but not essential * Understanding of basic health & safety * Good communication and customer service skills * Safety boots and hi‑viz required * Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
