Early years teaching assistant

EYFS Nursery Teaching Assistant - Stratford - Full Time & Daily Supply Available - £100-£120 per day We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Nursery Teaching Assistants to work across a number of welcoming nurseries in Stratford. We have both full-time long-term positions and daily supply opportunities available for candidates looking to work within Early Years settings. The Role: You will be supporting children within nursery settings, helping to create a positive, engaging, and safe environment where children can develop socially, emotionally, and academically through structured play and learning activities. Key Responsibilities: Support children during learning and play activities Assist with setting up activities and maintaining a stimulating learning environment Support early phonics, communication, and number development Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction Work with small groups and provide one-to-one support where needed Support children with personal care and daily routines where required Help create a calm, nurturing, and safe nursery environmentThe Ideal Candidate: A level 3 (Cashe) certificate in Early years or equivalent Experience working with children or within a nursery/EYFS setting preferred A patient, caring, and energetic approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff Available for either full-time work or flexible daily supply The Role Offers: £100-£120 per day Flexible daily supply and long-term opportunities Supportive nursery settings across Stratford Opportunity to gain valuable Early Years experience September starts and immediate roles availableThis is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career within Early Years education and childcare.
