Embroidery Production Assistant

Location: Milton Keynes Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: (depending on experience) Company Overview: We are a family-run business specialising in high-quality embroidered clothing. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. Role Overview: The Embroidery Production Assistant will play a key role in supporting our production process. You will be responsible for assisting with embroidery tasks, ensuring high-quality output, and helping maintain an efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will be reliable, adaptable, and take pride in producing quality work. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the operation of embroidery machines Prepare garments and materials for embroidery Monitor production to ensure quality standards are consistently met Carry out quality control checks on finished items Maintain a clean and organised workspace Follow all health and safety procedures Support packing and preparation of orders for dispatch Requirements: Previous experience in embroidery or garment production is preferred but not essential Good attention to detail Ability to work efficiently as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn
