Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Fixed (weekday) day shift: Monday‑Thursday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, with an early Friday finish at 1:00 pm

Location: BT3 9ED

We are looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to plan, coordinate, manage and report upon the work activities of a team of Warehouse Colleagues. The role requires effective leadership and ensures all colleagues receive the necessary training and development plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage a safe operation and role‑model a Safety First Culture by applying and improving Safety Standards.
• Act as the secondary point of contact for the customer regarding site operation matters, building good relationships to develop trust and strong engagement.
• Manage daily operation to ensure commitments to both customers and internal processes are met.
• Conduct routine safety walks.
• Demonstrate an active leadership style, taking full responsibility for driving an engagement culture in your area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership and management.
• Strong ability to lead and adapt through change processes.
• Balanced approach focused on achieving results while maintaining respect and collaboration.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and problem‑solving.

Successful candidates must undergo a basic Access NI check. A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
