Managing Director Life Sciences Location: London Salary: up to £200,000 We are working with a leading global change and transformation consultancy to appoint a Managing Director Life Sciences . This is a senior leadership opportunity to help shape strategy, accelerate growth and deliver lasting impact for major Life Sciences clients. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a major global Life Sciences account, driving business development, account growth, senior client relationships and complex transformation delivery . You will work closely with senior executives across the sector while leading high-performing teams and identifying new opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities as a Managing Director Serve as the senior client executive for a major global Life Sciences account. Lead account development through hands-on involvement in new business acquisition and growth. Build and manage strong relationships with senior Life Sciences executives. Develop compelling and targeted account strategies to drive growth and new account acquisition. Lead large, complex transformation programmes or multiple concurrent engagements. Work across R&D, HR & Procurement Transformation, Operations & Supply Chain, and Commercial . Manage client investments and project portfolios to meet or exceed margin forecasts. Ensure delivery quality, client satisfaction, risk management and team effectiveness. Develop your professional network and profile as a Life Sciences thought leader. Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams. Experience you'll need as a Managing Director Proven Executive / Partner-level leadership experience within a management consultancy, Big 4 or professional services organisation. Deep Life Sciences industry expertise. Experience leading and growing multi-million-pound/dollar Life Sciences client accounts. Proven track record of winning and expanding client engagements. Experience defining and executing business strategies and growing a business unit. Track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements. Strong professional network and relationships with senior Life Sciences executives. Collaborative leadership style balancing strategic vision with operational delivery.
