Applications are welcomed from claimant and defendant solicitors or chartered legal executives.Your new roleThis is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or junior Solicitor to join a specialist catastrophic injury team. You will manage your own caseload of multi-track personal injury claims while also assisting on high-value, complex catastrophic loss matters, including brain injury, spinal injury, and fatal accident claims.The role offers exposure to high-quality defendant work, primarily acting for insurers and large corporates, with strong supervision and development support.Key Responsibilities:Managing a caseload of multi-track personal injury claims (EL/PL and/or RTA)Assisting senior lawyers on complex, high-value catastrophic injury casesAdvising clients on liability, quantum, and case strategyDrafting legal documents, witness statements, and court pleadingsPreparing cases for trial and attending hearings where appropriateEngaging in settlement negotiations and ADR processesBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsStaying up to date with legal developments within catastrophic injury and insurance lawWhat you'll need to succeedQualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ+)Strong multi-track personal injury experience (defendant experience preferred, but claimant backgrounds will be considered)Experience of handling or assisting on EL/PL and/or RTA mattersSolid understanding of liability and quantumStrong analytical and organisational skillsExcellent communication skills and client-facing abilityCommercial awareness and a proactive approach to case managementStrong academic backgroundWhat you'll get in returnCompetitive salary and benefits package, including a strong bonus structureHigh level of home workingAccess to high-quality catastrophic injury workClear progression and development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team environmentгибrid working model with flexibilityWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
