Key Responsibilities Managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently. Handling freehold matters, with some leasehold transactions. Providing clear, high-quality client communication throughout the process. Working closely with support teams to ensure smooth progression of files. About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. Confident managing files from instruction to completion. Strong organisational and client care skills. Open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals, or experienced fee earners. Proactive, detail-focused, and client-oriented.
