Estate Head Gardener: Lead on Heritage Gardens & Vineyard

ECG Limited seeks a Head Gardener to lead a small team on a private estate near Winchester. The role covers hedge cutting, pruning, lawn care and beds/borders across formal and informal garden areas on a 13‑acre site.

The successful candidate will supervise two part‑time trainees, plan seasonal duties, and ensure high standards of maintenance. A driving licence and tractor experience are required; PA1/PA6 training is a bonus. Salary circa £40,000 DOE, Winchester, Hampshire.
