Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Our client has an opportunity for a Maintenance Operator to join them on a contract basis for 12 months. You will be supporting the Calibration and Maintenance department in ensuring the facility and equipment remain safe, compliant, and operational. Role: General Maintenance Operator Location: Bolton, fully onsite Hours: Nights - Monday-Thursday, 10 hours/night Hourly Rate: £24.78 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35 Clearance: BPSS required to start What you'll be doing: Support the Calibration & Maintenance department with general maintenance activities across the facility. Carry out routine facility compliance activities including: ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) testing throughout the facility Electrical Safety Testing of equipment and portable appliances LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) filter changes and associated maintenance tasks Assist with planned preventative maintenance activities and respond to general maintenance requirements as needed. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation and paperwork are completed correctly and on time.Development & Progression This role offers opportunities for progression within the Calibration & Maintenance department.
