Our Client is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead our refuge services, supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse to rebuild their lives in a safe, trauma-informed environment.
This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll manage refuge operations, inspire and develop a dedicated team, build strong partnerships and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services.
We're looking for someone with: Proven experience managing and leading teams Project or service management experience Experience working with vulnerable people or those with complex needs Excellent communication, organisational and report-writing skills A relevant Level 4 qualification (or above) in Management or a related subject A full driving licence and access to a vehicleProgram Manager refuge What you'll do: Lead and develop our refuge teams Oversee the day-to-day delivery of refuge services Ensure safeguarding, quality and compliance standards are met Manage performance, budgets and reporting Work closely with the CEO to drive service excellence and positive outcomes for survivors. xwzovoh
