My client is a strategic talent consultancy specialising in the global consumer goods sector. They provide talent solutions to leading organisations through leadership search, talent mapping, talent pipelining and talent intelligence services. With multiple offices across the UK and internationally, they combine deep sector expertise with data-driven insight to support client hiring strategy and expansion. My client is recruiting a Research Associate to support research, market intelligence and AI-driven projects across the executive search firm. The successful candidate will be analytical, organised and naturally curious someone who enjoys working with information, spotting patterns and building insight while supporting the search and business development process.
