At GBUK, we're looking for a Product Manager, who comes from a clinical background, to take ownership of our growing Enteral portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping product strategy, supporting new product launches and working alongside Sales, Clinical, Marketing and R&D teams to bring innovative solutions to healthcare professionals across the UK.

What you'll be doing:

• Own and develop the Enteral feeding product portfolio throughout its lifecycle
• Act as the product expert, supporting customers and colleagues with technical and clinical knowledge
• Deliver engaging product training to clinicians
• Ensuring successful product launches
• Work closely with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to help shape future product strategy
• Support and influence the crucial tender process, as well as product development and leading continuous improvement initiatives

About you:

We're looking for someone who has:

• A background in healthcare or clinical training in medical devices
• Experience in Product Management, Clinical Support, Clinical Education, or as a Clinical Lead or Clinical Advisor
• Strong knowledge and skills in venipuncture, cannulation and/or blood collection
• A clinical qualification (Registered Nurse, Dietitian or similar) is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes
• The ability to influence, collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced environment
