Looking for an In – House Commercial Property Solicitor.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Property TransactionsAdvising on and managing freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposalsDrafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences and associated property documentationSupporting asset management initiatives, including lease renewals, variations and agreements for leaseLandlord & Tenant MattersAdvising on rent reviewsManaging dilapidations claimsHandling forfeiture and relief from forfeitureProviding advice on a broad range of landlord and tenant issuesDebt Recovery & EnforcementManaging commercial debt mattersAdvising on enforcement options where tenants are in breach of lease obligationsProperty & Contractual DisputesResolving disputes relating to rights of way, boundaries and other property issuesManaging contract disputes connected with property mattersGeneral LitigationHandling a variety of litigation matters affecting the portfolioEssential RequirementsQualified Solicitor in England & WalesMinimum of 5 years’ PQEExperience in Commercial Property and/or Property LitigationStrong understanding of landlord and tenant lawPersonal AttributesExcellent drafting and negotiation skillsPractical, business-focused approachConfidence working directly with senior managementAbility to manage a varied workload independentlyIf you are an In – House Commercial Property Solicitor who is based in Birmingham, please get in touch!INDHPInterested?
