Due to continued growth in established markets and expansion into new areas, they are looking to expand their established Commercial team working on a major civil engineering project based in BerkshireWith over 25 years’ experience operating throughout Europe, they provide a comprehensive range of Civil engineering,Piling and Ground Engineering expeeience working on multi discipline project ranging in value.The RoleAs a key member of the commercial team, reporting into the Commercial Manager and mentoring Grad /AQS’s, you will be responsible for procurement and management of subcontractors and supply chain. Managing projects from award through to final accounts, reporting on monthly cost/value reconciliations, assisting with change and managing variations.This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects, in a company that will offer you career growth.Key ExperienceDegree Qualified in Quantity Surveying or other relevant qualification and experienceCivil Engineering and Piling experiencePrevious Main Contracting and or Sub Contractor experienceNEC contract experienceSub contract procurement and management experienceFinancial reporting, remeasurement and take-off experienceAs part of a lucrative Salary the successful candidate will get a package which will include, car or allowance, pension, health care and 25 days holiday.
