Logistics Manager

Copello have partnered with an established engineering organisation in the recruitment of a Logistics Manager to lead shipping, warehouse, and inventory operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage shipping, stores, and warehouse activities * Oversee import/export compliance and logistics KPIs * Coordinate with internal teams and external partners * Optimise inventory control, stock accuracy, and warehouse efficiency * Drive continuous improvement and ensure safe handling of materials Requirements * 5–10 years’ logistics experience in manufacturing * Strong knowledge of import/export, incoterms, and inventory control * Experience leading teams and improving processes * Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field preferred Desirable * Engineering, aerospace, or technical manufacturing background * Familiarity with HMRC/export regulations and ERP systems For more information, please get in touch with Ella
