TheRole

Requirements
Experienceinaseniorsupportworkerorteamleaderrolewithinhealth&socialcare
Strongunderstandingofperson-centredcareandsafeguarding
KnowledgeofCQCstandardsandrelevantlegislation(includingtheMentalCapacityAct)
Abilitytolead,motivate,andsupportateameffectively
Strongorganisationalandcommunicationskills
Flexibleapproachtoworkinghours
FullUKdrivinglicence(preferred/requireddependingonservice)
