Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer A well-established and growing building services provider is seeking an Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer to cover a portfolio of care homes across London. This is a stable, long-term role offering a varied workload, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to work across multiple sites within a secure sector. The Opportunity: You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and servicing of electrical and building services systems across several care home sites. Key responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and general building services systems Fault-finding and repair of electrical systems and associated plant Basic mechanical maintenance where required, including pumps, motors, and HVAC equipment Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures Completing site documentation and reporting accurately Liaising with site staff and management to ensure minimal disruption to residents and operations Supporting compliance across all sites, including testing and inspectionsTo be considered, you will ideally have: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Level 3 Electrical Installations Previous experience within building services maintenance, ideally within commercial or healthcare environments A good understanding of both electrical and basic mechanical systems A full UK driving licence Strong fault-finding ability and a proactive, customer-focused approachThe successful Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be on up to £45,000, depending on experience + van + package.
