Administrator& Office Assistant (Permanent)

Our client is a highly regarded and growing Law Accountancy firm based in Perth, with a strong reputation across Scotland and a supportive, collaborative working environment. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add an organised and proactive individual to provide administration support to a team of experienced Law Accountants. This position is fully office-based in Perth and would suit someone with previous administration, PA, secretarial or office support experience who enjoys working in a professional and fast - paced environment. Typing correspondence and legal/accountancy documentation Managing paperwork deliveries/collection - candidates must be able to drive and have access to car Provide invoice typing support during holiday periods Preparing auditor bundles for Law Accountants online Managing taxation diaries online Updating holiday diaries online Sickness absence reporting and administration  Previous experience within an administration, PA, secretarial or office support role Strong Microsoft Office skills including World, Outlook and Excel Competitive salary of £26,000 - £29,000 per year ~35 hour working week (Monday to Friday) ~31 days Annual Leave including 6 days public holiday ~ Salary increases with tenure ~ Work events such as Summer and Christmas events to celebrate with the team! ~ Company pension scheme Candidates must be able to work on a full-time basis Perth, drive and have a car (due to tasks involved).
