We are partnering with a well-established, globally recognised organisation to recruit a talented and driven Financial Manager to join their Shared Services function. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a high-performing finance team, supporting critical financial operations within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data in line with agreed service levels
Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal postings, and financial reporting
Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls
Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure efficient financial operations, including intercompany activities
Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and systems
About You
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance operations role, ideally within a shared services environment
Strong knowledge of core accounting principles and financial processes
Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment xwzovoh
