Role: Weekend Lecturer (Electrical Engineering) Location:  Location: All London Based Campuses including Central London, Wembley, Kingsbury, Harrow (Rayners Lane) and Southall) |  Full-Time |  Salary:  Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum subject to skills and experience (pro rata for 24 hours/week over three days, based on a full-time equivalent of £50,000)  Hours of work: Saturday and Sunday teaching on our Campus with an additional day in the week on campus.

The Role As a Lecturer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging teaching across a range of Computer Science modules.

You'll support students both in person and online, contribute to assessment and quality assurance, and be involved in scholarship and continuous curriculum improvement.  Key Responsibilities Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in line with curriculum standards Develop and update teaching materials and maintain digital learning platforms Set, assess, and provide feedback on student assignments and exams Support students academically and pastorally, including those with learning support needs Engage with quality assurance processes, contribute to module and programme evaluations Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes Lead modules and coordinate with associate lecturers where applicable What We’re Looking For Essential: A Master's degree in a relevant Electrical Engineering related field Experience teaching in Higher Education, with strong digital teaching capability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of HE quality assurance and validation processes A flexible, student-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification (if not already held) Desirable: PhD (or near completion) or equivalent industry experience Research or enterprise activity involvement Teaching qualification (FHEA, SHEA, PGCAP, AHEA) Experience leading modules or academic teams  What We Offer (some benefits subject to completion of successful probation) Health Benefits  Life Assurance Plans  Salary Sacrifice Schemes (Pension, Cars, Cycle to Work) Annual Leave & Holiday Benefits (Buy Holiday, Additional Christmas Leave & Carry Over Leave)  Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) & 24/7 Access to GPs  Employee Discounts (Gym, Shopping, Cinema) Working Hours & Flexibility 40 hours per week ( schedule may include evenings and weekends ) Must be flexible to travel to all our   campus locations Apply Now!
