This role is on a contract basis and is site-based.

The Role:
This role is for an Integration Lead Engineer Vehicle Efficiencysomeone ambitious and ready to make an impact. Youll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
Youll be leading a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
Conducting strategic target setting for the Vehicle Efficiency attribute (including competitive positioning assessment & benchmarking, assessment of fleet compliance requirements, customer feedback data analysis, real-world customer data analysis, reviews of legislative requirements, etc)
Collaborating with energy node owners in influencing and defining strategic technology roadmaps
Conducting a target compatibility assessment and negotiation between the Vehicle Efficiency attribute and vehicle energy node owners
The Individual
Were looking for people who can show:
Technical understanding of how vehicle energy nodes (road load, propulsion efficiency, electrical loads, etc.) affect vehicle-level efficiency and driving range
Significant exposure to vehicle attributes and/or vehicle system delivery.
Educated to a Degree level with a focus on Mechanical or Systems engineering.
Desirable:
Knowledge and/or experience of working with Agile operating principles
Knowledge of vehicle efficiency legislative homologation/certification methods, processes and implementation
Knowledge and/or experience of Computer Aided Engineering testing methodologies related to vehicle efficiency
