Territory Manager - South West and South Wales

Our client, a medical device and consumables company, is expanding its commercial team and seeking an experienced, commercially driven Territory Manager to lead a high-potential region across the South West and South Wales.

This is a strong opportunity for a proven medical sales professional to manage a diverse portfolio spanning capital equipment and consumables, supporting key clinical areas such as neurosurgery, ICU, and ENT.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive medical device sales growth across the South West & South Wales territory
• Develop new business and identify sales opportunities within NHS and private hospitals
• Manage and grow existing key accounts, building long-term clinical relationships
• Deliver product demonstrations, training, and clinical support to healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with internal teams on tenders, pricing, and account strategy
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in medical device sales
• Strong track record xwzovoh in territory management and account management
• Experience selling into hospital environments (NHS exposure highly desirable)
• Background in relevant areas such as critical care, neurosurgery, ENT, or surgical devices preferred
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the territory
