Head of Operations

McBride Sport are delighted to be supporting the search for an experienced Head of Operations to lead the catering and hospitality operation within a major stadium venue in Edinburgh. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across matchdays, conferences, events and premium hospitality operations. The successful candidate will:

• Lead and inspire large operational teams in a fast-paced live-event environment
• Take full ownership of commercial performance and P&L delivery
• Drive operational excellence, service standards and customer experience
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across the venue and partner network
• Champion compliance, safety and team development across all operations

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Proven leadership experience within stadia, large-scale hospitality or contract catering
• Strong commercial and financial management capability
• A hands-on, people-first leadership style
• Experience operating in high-volume, high-pressure environments
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest and fan experiences
