This is an excellent opportunity for those solicitors who want to take a step up within a leading, well-established and highly regarded firm.The right candidate will have strong experience across the board, and must be confident in running a caseload independently to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of all areas of Private Client work, including living wills, Court of Protection, deeds of variation, and experience in resolving disputes concerning wills and estates. Holding a STEP or SFE accreditation will be highly advantageous for the applicant, however they are by no means essential.
