About the role
Waitrose & Partners is seeking a visionary Head of Fleet and Compliance to define long-term fleet strategy and uphold safety standards across the business. You will lead a ~4,500-vehicle fleet and drive transitions to alternative fuels while balancing commercial goals and sustainability.
The role requires strong leadership of dispersed teams, deep knowledge of transport regulations, and the ability to negotiate with third-party providers to maximise ROI.
